what program do i use to copy my original games so grand kids dont mess up the original they have messed up two already

hi guys/gals just like to say thanks for having me and hope to learn lotts from all you lovely people. i will start with by saying I have some copied games already that i bought from a market, how do i make a back-up of an already copied disc? is there any software that allows you to do a fly copy from 1 dual layer disc to another, i thought it would be easy to do and straight forward but so far i am finishing up with loads of coasters, or do i need to burn it back as an iso (if so, how do i do this) i need help on best software to use and rom & writer, also i have just bought Game Copy Pro but so fat havent received it, is this as good as it sounds and is it easy to use?
Any help appreciated, I will say thank you for the help in advance.

P.S I,m sure you'll be seeing me a lot in here cos i am totally out of my depth so far and need to learn loads, i have lotts of questions but need to take things step by step.

I payed for GameCopy Pro and haven't recived it yet found that they don't reply back to the many emails that I sent them . The only thing they did good for me is send me here to this site so I dont know if I will ever seen my copy of GamePro or not if any one knows how to get a copy of GameCopy Pro please let me know, Thanks
