How To Backup Xbox 360 Games & How To Burn Them

Requirements

- Xbox 360 Modded with Xtreme Firmware (can be found on the net)
- Blank DVD+R Dual Layer Media (DVD-DL)
- Schtrom v3 (can be found on the net) or here http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/xbox360pc/...tract_V3.4.exe
- CloneCD (can be found on the net)

OK this what you do to backup the game. Put the XBOX 360 game into your Computers DVD-Rom drive (Best bet is to get a Samsung that reads, and writes DL discs) and then open Schtrom v3. From there, select your drive, then set the Image Path to where you want the files to be extracted to. Then change the Task to "whole disc (stealth xtreme 3.0), then hit Extract.

Now onto burning. Once you have a .DVD file and .ISO file, just open CloneCD, then hit the Write Image tab. Then select the .DVD file and burn at a speed of 2x onto a blank DVD+R Dual Layer disc.

Make sure when reading this post, you realize that I havent provided any links to the programs, I will update more as I go on, but as for now, search torrents or just the net for ALL the programs I listed above, if you can't take the initiative to do that, then you shouldn't be burning games. Just my thoughts.

ok i got a hp 1040d dvd writer that burns dvd dl i have a samsung w/ kreon and i tried alot of guides and so far i got three coasters two being verbatims dvd dl what am i doin wrong. what am i missin or is it my dvd burner (cuz i get the white screen sayin put in a 360 console) and i no my 360 work cuz wen i bought it from friend he gave three burned verbatim games that work.

what is the best place 2 go 2 get the new games so i can burn them.a guy that i know gets games like a week before they come out,how,where?someone let me ,so i can stop paying him and enjoy the pleasure of playing games i burned.does it hav 2 b Verbatrim DVD-DL 8.5 gb dics?

i am trying to use Schtrom v3 but when i extract a 360 game it gets to 100percent and carrys on extracting i had to stop it at 300gb due to hard drive space please help?
