Specialize in - logo, banner (usually around $10.00+ per logo/banner, animated banner will be a bit more) - general web site design - ebook covers - landing/sales pages - customize wordpress layout - create/setup free wordpress blogs or with your own domain with more control (for extra cost) My rate depends on complexity of your requirements but I can assure you my rates are resonable and I don't like to overcharge.
