I read this post and tried to follow it but got stuck

DL the .rar links. Using Winrar, extract them to the game named folder (you will find they combine into an .iso-just like with the psp games. Using Nero-Go to Nero burning rom & select DVD (ISO) go to last header (Burn)-on the top of the app., change write speed to 4.0 or lower & on same screen, down bottom, you will see "open" with a folder next to it-click on it & find your game ISO. Double click on it and another screen will appear showing your drives & click ok. Once you've had a successful burn-You're good to go. When you load them into your Wii-give it a moment & you should see the picture & title of your game appear in the 1st Wii picture window. Hope this helps.

Ok so i have the software to do this, just not sure about some of it. after i download the .rar links ( by this i think it would be the torrents?) how do i extract them to the game named folder ( and where is the folder, do i make it?) my next issue is how do i get them from the .rar to the .iso ? i cannot figure out the unzipping thing. Last issue is i cannot figure out how to change the speed for nero to burn at 4x. Like my name, I know I must seem like a doof here but I just cannot get this!! I am so frustrated right now.. no idea why this is so hard... I would realllly appreciate any help here so I don't pull all of my hair out ;-) Thank you
