Help! If a game starts and somehow crashes, or got closed before it starts completely, it will refuse to run, forever. First, it happened with SimCity 4. I closed it before it fully starts. Then I tried starting it up again. It loads for 2 seconds, then nothing. Did this for 20 times straight, nothing. Same thing goes with Pizza Connection 2. Crashes, refuse to start, etc.

THINGS I DID:
-Uninstalling then re-installing the game.
-Tried to run the game about 20 times.
-Deleted every single registry for that game.
-Removed every single file that exist for that game.
-Removed/deleted/disabled all of my antiviruses

I really need help! Oh, and it happened to browsers too, such as Opera. Their forums doesn't know anything about this. My guess is either the game, or Windows. Thanks in advance

it look like you dont have the system requirement for the game
you must at least reach the minimum requirement for the game to play it google it and check your system info in control panel
