PocketGamer: Further to Sony's announcement of its Minis program of small downloadable games of PSP, a two-page PDF marked Level 2 Confidential, and detailing the basic technical requirements and approval process for the service has leaked onto the internet. In this, Minis are described as being "fun, affordable, creative, easy to play, and different". Interesting, Sony details the process by which Minis are submitted and approved.
