What are some of the best games in your eyes for the PS2 and have there ever been any games exclusively made for this console, either at the time of release or just after.

One of the best games for the PS2 is Genji,Dwan Of The Samurai!
It's pretty easy,but it will keep u occupied for a week or two.
(Note:This game can be VERY addictive).

Well I would say that the best game for this console would be Tekken. Whether it is Tekken 3 or 4 or Tag or 5. I love all of its parts and really enjoy playing it, especially with my friends and family in the team battle

Get God of War and Devil May Cry 1 and 3 (forget 2) if you like action games.

If you like strategy, then try Disgaea, Phantom Brave or the PSX game, Final Fantasy Tactics.

For racing, go for the Gran Turismo or Burnout games.

If you like the old classics, pick up Taito Legends, Sega Genesis Classics Collection or Sonic Mega Collection Plus.

For RPGs, try the Xenosaga, Star Ocean and Final Fantasy games. Maybe Kingdom Hearts as well.

depend on what genre you would love to play, for action open ended type then GTA is the thing and nothing comec lose to it, In strategy they are lots of good titles, In some fighting you got tekken as the king. etc..

I am a strange gamer but I am going to have to say that one of the best games or should I say one of my favorite games for this system is ATV OffRoad Furry2. I also like and football game that has come out for the PS2.

I still stick to GTA GTA GTA, this is the only game that appeals to me once i tired it? i don;t know but can't play any game this time.

Grand Theft Auto
Grand Turismo
Need For Speed
Tekken
Crash Bandicoot
Socom (best milsim shooter game imo)
Resident Evil

And a couple others as well. :]

I agree with you. Tekken must be the best game for this console. My favorite is King. I like his moves. I don’t like Armored King because he has fewer moves than King. In the past I thought that he was just the same King.

Onimusa Series
Tenchu Series
Tekken franchise !!!!

i recommend you play them too
