Its a sci-fi RPG series in 3 parts, it centers around supernatural entities called Gnosis which are incorporeal beings that can kill living beings with a touch, and are completely immune to everything unless they are subjected to the Hilbert Effect, which brings them into the physical world.

And thats just one of the main plot points, there are several areas to the storyline, mostly conspiracy and politics. And its pretty damn good.

Ever played it? I just completed the first one, and planning to get the third, everyone says that the second one is pretty damn poor compared to the first and third. Kinda like the DMC series.

I was planning on getting the first Xenosaga but the guy at my local Gamestop said it was kind of boring so I didn't but now I may change my mind ^_^

Never played this game but sci-fi games can be only on extremes ends only. Either they'll be too good ot too boring because of few extra details.

Never even read a good review about it? so i didn't bother getting a copy if the game, but if you are sci fi lover i think it could be worth the try.

They guy at your local Gamestop probably thinks that all RPGs must end with "asy". He's obviously not played it to even a quarter of the way through, the only boring thing is the lack of soundtrack, a lot of it is really quiet with no music, but when music does play, its always kickass.

Besides, the antagonist isn't your run-of-the-mill crazy guy, Albedo is a freaking LUNATIC!!

sci fi are really made to sound creepy isn't it? so they won't put in uch sound track people this days are quite used to this sound optimized games and would not want to play quite game.

sci fi movies are good but games. In games I would never love to do anything except action.
