Music games just gets so popular this days with he rise of guitar hero game some a new title in the same genre. The rockband is coming in november 23 and can't wait to get my hands of this game.

Yeah that is true, music games are gaining popularity very rapidly. Especially rock music games like Rockband and guitar hero. Guitar Hero 3 is an awesome rock music game.

Guitar Hero is a nice game.. it totally rocks and very well developed. Rockband is similar game but not the same style they do have there own unique ways. I just love it.

people might have get tired of the usual kill shoot and mass games that they now have the appeal of entertainment based games which guitar or band theme games deliver. Personally they are very exciting to play.

My friend got this a while ago, and I decided to have a wee bash at it, and to tell the truth, I quite liked it. I'm not good at those kinds of games but I had quite a bit of fun. I guess obliterating everything on-screen gets old after a while and I need a change.

Have not played this one, but heard that it is much better than guitar hero especially for the drums portion. It is more like playing for real because it is like playing an electronic drum kit.

I got to tell you this game is nice.. Not really better than Guitar hero in any other way but has a different fell actually. they are both music related game but not exactly the same.

Is the playing style at all similar to that of Guitar Hero? I'm talking about the general format of the game, and how you know when to push a certain button, etc.

Nah it is different although the same genre because of music but not necessarily the same game play and gamestyle it has its own place. Try it i tell you, you will get hooked.
