As for me, I love the series without a doubt. When I got the first one, I clocked a full 97 hours on it, beat Ice Titan, beat Sephy, slaughtered the Hades Cup and pretty much mastered the entire game.

A lot of people think it's kiddy because of the Disney characters, but those people obviously never played a good game before. It's one of those titles that couldn't have worked, it shouldn't have worked, but it did.

I liked 2 as well, but the first was just so much better. I pray that Square releases the Final Mix versions.

I loved the first Kingdom Hearts, and I know what you mean. Who would have thought that Disney Characters and Final Fantasy Characters would EVER be found in the same game? But it worked out perfectly, having not only an amusing cast of characters that everyone can recognize, but a really appealing storyline as well.

Kingdom Hearts is the reason I bought the PS2. I think the way they blended both Disney and square characters was just brilliant. I need to get KH2 because I have been dying to see if it lives up to the original.

2 is pretty fun but the first one is a lot smoother in terms of story and all that. It's fun but I definitely prefer the first over the second.
