yeah and when they do not release a game in ps2 anymore? then it would die like ps1 did that is how they market things. and make money from it.

Thats true. As soon prices go down for the ps3, the ps2 will be a lot closer to being cancelled out. But like I said, I give it atleast another 1-2 years for the ps2 to live.

I’m not surprised at all! This is always the case when a new one comes up. The new will be replacing the old one. I thought that most people will get a hang of it by now. They will make CDs of PS3 and shut down the operations of the older ones.

But the advantages is they would surely develop better games than the older ones to market the new games much better. I think this benefits gamers to play new level of fun and experience.

The fact is the reputation of PS2 is much higher than PS1 and there are a lot of PS2 owners out there. So Sony can’t just let the PS2 die like this. You can see that still they are releasing a lot of good games on PS2.
