Thread: Help-getting "cannot read disc" new at games

I have a modchip, new D2Pro solderless that is installed. Have downloaded files for 2 games (slow way). Have burned 4 dvd's at different speeds, 1x, 2.4x, 4x, max etc. None of these will play. My orginal game, Wii sports does still play. I have used different media, Taiyo Yuden, TDK etc.

I would like to borrow someone's backed up copy of any game to see if my modchip is working properly. I have no way to test that. Or if possible if someone has a link to a sharing file that you know is a good file to download and try that.

Any ideas would be helpful.

I had the same type of issues I changed media to Verbatim dvd-r and the game worked but I did have issues with games also. To start make sure you are downloading an ISO file and one from your region IE PAL or NTSC. Thats as far as I have made it so I can't help much more. I am using a D2Pro9 V3 + V4C WiiClip. If someone can tell me how to convert the multiple files I have downloaded for a game back to an ISO that would be fantastic. I can't figure out how to get these games to work.

Try burning your games on Imgburn. Download ImgBurn 2.4.2.0 - FileHippo.com
A lot of people have this problem and it's usually there not doing it rite or you need to get another Burner.

i use a free program called 7-zip. i got it from Free Software Downloads and Reviews - Download.com . after u install 7-zip you select all those files u downloaded for that game and got to file and select 7-zip and click extract here. after it is done u will get an iso file which just like moerajab wrote use img burn. if u alrady have img burn the files u extract will make single file to burn with img burn.. hope this will help
