Thread: mario kart pal version

just installed the argon chip today and had previously downloaded mario kart. once argon chip was installed we updated to current update. mario kart will load and cansee and hear the music and then it goes black and nothing else happens..... any idea of why. a direct wii disk to a dvd worked fine....help found my own answer had to load smash bros brawl then it worked. but still not understanding why it had to work that way....
