Thread: Metroid Prime 3

When I was surfing the internet I came across a site where people are saying that Metroid Prime 3 wrecks the Wii. They said that it's to good of a game and the Wii has spasms while playing it.

Is this true? I really want the game but I don't want to wreck my Wii.

maybe because they let an update run or something. i copied a copy that my friend had and it works fine.

i doubt it has an update because he did not know about WIU or brickblocker or anything.

just check with WIU to make sure there isnt an update or anything and as long as its the right region it should work.

yea, i played it for a few minutes then started playing something else. the problem with downloading games is you dont feel compelled to dedicate a lot of time to 1 game since you have a dozen more to play

Lol same here. I havn't modded my wii, but i do have an r4 card for ds, and i can't really focus on any game... I usually get board after like an hour... except for the new advance wars...

No, Metroid Prime 3 Corruption does not wreck or harm your Wii in any way. I have rented the game and have played it for about four hours straight at one time and the next day about two hours. So, if Metroid did wreck your Wii in any way possible, it would have done it to my Wii by now. Besides, if it really did, Nintendo would be receiving crazy calls about the game wrecking the Wii and it would have been recalled while new copies would be made.
