I think online friendships/dating can also have a dangerous aspect. Did anyone hear about that girl that killed herself because her online boyfriend (who actually turned out to be a middle-aged woman) broke up with her? Crazy shit, though I'm sure she had problems to begin with.

I am very careful with my online friends. As I don't know them face to face, I won't disperse any sensitive personal information to them. I will only give them general information such as ways to do certain things and not my home address. It is very risky for me to do so as you don't really know who you are dealing with. I am definitely treating them differently from my off line friends. |

Don't make that problem so complicated, if you want the friendship to be true and real, then, it will be with your effort.
