have you earned anything from gaming, any prizes or cash won. I have won a couple of city level tournaments and thats all for my earnings. I am hoping to see some professional gamer in around here.

Not me.
But a friend of mine joined a game a couple of years ago when it was first launched which allowed you to send items and money to other players. He listed his items and money for sale on a local auction site and sold it for real cash.
I don't think I'm all that good at gaming to win tournaments or anything like that though. Plus I don't really game all that much so probably wouldn't get enough items worth selling.

I came close to winning two different guitar hero tournaments. There aren't many around here that offer the contest to people under 21, though. I guess lots of bars offer the tournaments.
