It just depends what you want to do with it. If we are talking about just pure gaming then the DS is the best handheld pick. PSP has some (very little) good games and it is more a multimedia device then a gaming device. I enjoy the PSP more because I do a lot of movie watching, music listening, and surfing the web. I like to download episodes of Futurama and American Dad, then watch them whenever. There is so much more that will be added to in the future. The PSP is almost limitles when it comes to new things because of firmware updates. The DS is a great gaming machine but nothing new will be added to it unless it is a peripheral, because the DS has no firmware updates.

I agree with Castorshells + DS can't use private WI-FI like psp can and graphic wise ditto lol.

the best hand held console is the psp because it will do a lot more things besides playing games it like having a small laptop theres not much somebody has not tried on it .And theres new stuff coming out all the time and it can only get better

Well i cant say that the DS isnt fun but the psp has a lot more features that could very helpful to gamers and the DS touch screen doesnt always work so you have to re-calabrate it every 2 weeks or so.......
