How old is your current console? When did you get your console? Is it still working? What's the longest any console you've owned has lasted? All the info that'll let us know the average life of each console. For that matter, anyone seen any surveys/stats on average life for the popular consoles?

Currently i have a nintendo ds and a playstation 2. I got ps2 around two years back and it works fine. I had a ps1 also which lasted for a very long time(around 5 years).

Well my ps2 is not very old, i think its 1.5 years old and before that i used to play games on my ps1 which i still have.
