Default Floppy Disk Games

For the old PC gamers, what were the games you've played on just the floppy disks. I remember the first PC I've used with no harddisk. This made saving games unavailable at the time. Obviously no Windows so these are actually those old small sized DOS games. I remember playing Gods 4 hours straight with a few breaks to finish the whole game. There were also those simple scrabble and chess games.

I do remember that me and my friend used to shuffle games from school to home and Vice versa in Floppy disks. and if any one floppy disk became unreadable, then search which data was in that Floppy. That was really hilarious.

I used to load those games up and play it on the RAM. Beats HD speed at the time and cuts out the noise the floppy disk drive makes. When the drive gets too bad it just the rattles the whole CPU tower.

I remember playing Alleycat and Strip Poker on my PC Jr. Both were on 5.25 floppies. I do miss the old loading sound of the disk drive:-(
