Actually, I think he's set up a private server to allow people to play REOf2, quite a few people do that for popular online games. I think it happened a lot when the PSO servers went kaput.
It's not all that legal though, so I wont get involved. And I only pay by paypal, it's not that I don't trust you, I prefer to have real names and addresses of anyone I give my credit card numbers to.
