That's stupid.
I have an old MP3 player already replaced (No longer available on their website even).
I asked them if they could fix it, they send me an e-mail back saying "Sure, here's the info, send a 25 dollar check and we'll get right on it" not even one week later I was enjoying my MP3 player once more.
Sony... they're becoming horrific.
If you buy a product from so and so company they should fix it no matter what, the parts shouldn't be that difficult to replace especially if it's old.
