FFX-2 is pretty much my favourite RPG aside from the Lunar games, the job system is always something I love in games, mainly because I hate my party being the generic "Mage/Swordmaster/Healer" archetype thats been around since D&D.
Good thing they got rid of the sphere grid, that thing was a complete waste of time, unless you're playing the international or European version, then you get the infinitely better Expert sphere grid.
Although, one advantage the grid had, if you didn't want to level, go ahead, don't bother. Complete the game with stats lower than a lizards backside.
No seriously, try it, its fun.
